In this chapter we learned how to get the audience to listen and believe us. We must have virtue, practical wisdom, and disinterest. For virtue we must make the audience believe we share their values. Practical wisdom is to know the right thing to do on every occasion. For disinterest we must lack bias which means caring only about the audience's interest rather than ours.
